 Burner Management
Our group's Burner Management Systems are guided
by principles of reliability, safety and
flexibility. We design BMS systems according
to the needs and demands of our clients
while maintaining these principles. The
result is a system that is fits to the
individual boiler and accounts for size,
fuels, number of burners and company requests
on software and hardware.
Combustion Control
Innovation meets safety and reliability. As
part of the CompuNOx comprehensive control
and in combination with standard or customized
Burner Management Benz Air Combustion Control
delivers the most efficient and most reliable
combustion control possible. VFDs provides
accurate and repeatable Air/Fuel ratio.
Turndown ratios of greater than 40:1 achieve
highest possible flexibility. High efficiency
is reflected in consistently low excess
oxygen throughout the entire firing range.
Catalyst Control
An increasing number of Selective Catalytic
Reduction systems call for accurate control
of ammonia to achieve lowest possible NOx
while eliminating ammonia slip. It is a
necessary tool for establishing NOx credits
while minimizing usage of ammonia. The
repeatable control is integrated into the
combustion control for monitoring and recording
purposes. |
